Philip Gartland, director

Philip has 16 years' property experience both within the UK and Australian property markets.

Philip has extensive experience in deal origination, property canvassing, financial analysis and property due diligence. This transaction expertise is complemented by a broad network of private and institutional investors and developers.

In his most recent role Philip was a Senior Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis playing a key role in their national retail investment team.

Prior to moving to Australia, Philip was a Senior Surveyor at King Sturge, a General Practice Chartered Surveying firm based in London. Here, he held a series of valuation-based roles including asset and mortgage finance valuations, major City of London office rent review negotiations and purchaser acquisition due diligence work.

Philip holds a Masters degree in Property Valuation and Law from the City of London Business School and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998. Philip is also a licensed real estate agent.
