Lincoln Blackledge, director

Lincoln has 15 years' commercial property experience both within the UK and Australia.

Lincoln's two particular streams of expertise are Financier & Insolvency Practitioner sales and services as well as the development site sub-sectors of residential and roadside & leisure.

Previously, Lincoln was the Director of the Metropolitan Investment Property team within CB Richard Ellis's Sydney office.

This involved 7 years of sales, leasing and consultancy services across all property types in Metropolitan Sydney and NSW for private clients through to major multinational companies.

Lincoln holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management (General Practice Surveying) from the University of Northumbria, UK and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a licensed real estate agent.
