JONATHAN FOX, director

Jonathan has 16 years' property experience within the Australian property and funds management industry.

Jonathan has extensive experience in transaction structuring, due diligence, project management, contract negotiations, financial analysis and deal sourcing. As a result, Jonathan has transacted commercial/office properties across NSW, VIC, SA, WA and QLD over the course of his career.

Jonathan was the Retail Acquisition Manager for AMP Capital Investors for more than 8 years and responsible for transactions across all sub sectors.

More recently, Jonathan has been a manager within the DEXUS Property Group (formerly DB RREEF) Capital Transactions team and responsible for retail, commercial and industrial property acquisitions and disposals.

Prior to AMP Capital Investors and DEXUS Property Group, Jonathan was a retail valuer at Jones Lang LaSalle in Sydney with broad experience in valuing all retail sub-sectors.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a registered valuer, licensed real estate agent and a member of the Australian Property Institute.
