Carl molony, director

Carl has 14 years' property experience within the Australian commercial property sector, with a particular focus on retail property.

Carl was previously the Senior Asset Manager for the ING Retail Property Fund Australia and responsible for a variety of retail asset classes within NSW, VIC and SA. He has extensive experience in asset, investment and development management of retail property including shopping centres and bulky goods developments.

Prior to ING Real Estate, Carl was an Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis within the retail valuation and consultancy team and brings to Stonebridge broad skills within all national, retail sub-sectors.

Carl holds a Bachelor of Land Economics degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, is a licensed real estate agent, a registered valuer and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
