The company was established by highly regarded and experienced property professionals from some of Australia’s largest property organisations.

Their aim: to put their considerable expertise to use in an independent, agile company providing the highest standards of probity-driven service and solutions to a range of commercial property clients.

The four founding directors have more than 50 years’ combined property experience across both institutional grade and private sectors, including:

We are particularly skilled in five key areas:

We have particular expertise in retail property, with three of our Directors experts in this field having many years of hands-on experience at a national level.

Commercial / investment property

Collectively, we have managed over $10bn of transactions via our backgrounds in senior positions within large property institutions and agencies.

Development sites

Our years of collective experience amounts to over 300 development site sales including all manner of complexities and locations.

One of our Directors is a leading industry expert with an extensive track record in sales and consultancy, as well as participation in industry events and forums.

Consultancy and Due Diligence Services

We have conducted complex transactions and a full range of due diligence services across the commercial sector. With our asset, investment and development management background, we are in a position to provide strategic and tailored real estate solutions.
